Your 2023 W-2

Seattle Pacific University has engaged ADP to provide 2023 W-2 statements.

Through ADP, you will have access to your W-2 forms 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. You will also receive a paper copy of your W-2 sent to your current address on file.

You can access the SPU version of your W-2 for all years through the Banner Employee Menu: View SPU W-2. Alternatively, log-in to Banner, go to the Employee Main Menu, Tax Forms Menu, W-2 Year End Earnings Statement.

To access your electronic W-2, you must log-in or register first.


Already a user with ADP; Please Log-in: https://my.adp.com (ctrl + click link)

If you know your User ID & Password, please enter & change password when prompted. 

If you don’t remember your User ID or Password, please complete the following steps: 

  • Click on “Forgot User ID” & follow steps (use email) to obtain your user ID. 
  • Click on “I don’t know my password” & follow prompts. 
  • Create a new password when prompted & log in. 


How to register with ADP for the first time:

Please complete the following steps to register with ADP:

  • Go to https://my.adp.com
  • Click “Create account” or "Get Started"
  • Click “I have a registration code.”
  • Enter the Registration Pass Code which is: SPU.EDU-W2ADP
  • Enter your personal details:
    • Name
    • Year of W-2 (2023)
    • Employee ID – This is your SPU employee ID
    • Company code – 778
    • Zip Code – 98119
    • Social Security number – This is your full SSN

During the registration process, you will be prompted to select a unique password. Your password must contain between 8 to 20 characters and at least one alpha and one numeric character. Additionally, you will be assigned a system generated User ID.
