Manage Your Team's Time

Audience: Manager

Purpose

This job aid guides managers to their team’s time schedule to approve, enter, edit, and review entered time. Managers can view and manage time for employees in their management chain.

This procedure applies to all employees below you in the hierarchy.

Navigate to Access a Worker’s Time in Enter Time Calendar

There are many ways to access a worker’s time calendar.

Procedure 1: Time and Scheduling Hub

Navigate to the Time and Scheduling Hub from the Global Navigation Menu.

  1. From the Overview tab, navigate to the Time Tracking section under Team Actions.

Procedure 2: Worker Profile

  1. Navigate to the employee’s Worker Profile.

  2. From the related Actions button, select Time and Absence, then Enter Time.

  1. Validate the worker and date.

  2. Select OK.

  3. The Enter Time Calendar window opens.

 

Procedure 3: Global Search Bar

  1. Using the Global Search Bar, type in enter time.

  2. Select the Enter Time for Worker report.

  1. Select the worker and date in the prompt window.

  2. Click OK.

  3. The Enter Time Calendar window opens.

 


View Team’s Schedule

  1. From the Time and Scheduling Hub, select Operational Analytics, Team Insights. From the Time and Absence dashboard, select My Team’s Schedule.

  1. In the prompt, select the date and workers to view. Tip: you can select all your direct reports. Depending on your security roles, you may have access to view workers in subordinate Supervisory Organizations.

  2. Select OK.

  3. The My Team’s Schedule page opens with all the selected worker times for the selected date.
