Solution:

Ensure the form link is correct and hasn’t been altered.
Verify that the form is shared with the correct audience (e.g., public, specific people, or within SPU only).
2. Responses Not Being Collected
Issue: Responses aren’t appearing in the Responses tab.
Solution:
Ensure the form is still open and hasn’t reached its response limit.
Check if the form settings allow anonymous responses or restrict submissions to one per person.
Verify that the form hasn’t been accidentally closed or deleted.
3. Branching Logic Not Working
Issue: Conditional questions (branching logic) aren’t functioning as expected.
Solution:
Double-check the branching logic setup to ensure the correct paths are defined.
Test the form thoroughly in preview mode before sharing it.
