During the normal academic year, new software and upgrades require a minimum of two weeks to complete. Because of the high volume of requests in the summer, we require all requests be submitted by June 15th for consideration for the next year's build. |
Software Requirements
| Licensing | All software must be properly licensed to be installed on lab and classroom systems. |

| Version | As a general rule, CIS will install the most current software version during the summer and maintain that version throughout the school year. |
| Compatibility | Software must be able to run on Windows 10 operating systems. |

Software Install Workflow
| Request | Faculty submits request via the form on this page. |

| Verification | CIS verifies the details provided and works to gain access to the software |
| Installation and Configuration | CIS installs software, tests for performance, software conflicts, and validates installation procedures. |
| Integration Testing | CIS coordinates with the requesting faculty member to validate any additional technical requirements (integration with other systems, etc.) |
| Finalization | CIS will deploy software to appropriate computers. |
