Overview

Although Canvas offers SpeedGrader and the Gradebook as options to do grading in Canvas, professors may choose to download assignments and grade them on their own devices while offline. This page shows you how to download assignments from Canvas in bulk for grading purposes.

Downloading Assignments

  1. Open the assignment.

  2. On the right-hand side or bottom of the screen, select "Download Submissions" under Related Items. Assignments will be compressed into a zip file.
