Adjunct Application - done through our application portal or provided by the department
Criminal Background Check - must have satisfactory results from the background check performed within first five days of employment. Initiated with Human Resources by your department contact.
Form I-9 (if form doesn't immediately load, you may need to click on the download button) Section 1 information must be completed by the first day of employment and Section 2 must be completed within three days of the hire date.
For Adjunct Faculty near the SPU campus, visit campus to complete Form I-9 and have original documents verified by the SPU department.
For Adjunct Faculty not near the SPU campus, visit one of our Reciprocal Processing Institutions to complete Form I-9 and have original documents verified. Please provided the zip code to your hiring manager so the list may be provided to you.
