If you need help accessing Canvas, please start by making sure you know your SPU Username and Password by going to the New Students page on the CIS HelpDesk website to setup your credentials. After obtaining your credentials get started by going to spu.edu/learncanvas to learn how to log into the system and review some online documentation to get started. If you have specific issues within your Canvas course, we recommend you work with your professor, who will connect with ETM or CIS as needed, to resolve issues.

If you have trouble logging into Canvas, please visit the CIS HelpDesk Canvas page or call the CIS HelpDesk at (206) 281-2982. If you are a Continuing Education (CE) student and you can log into Banner but not Canvas or Webmail, then it is likely that you do not yet have an SPU email address. Please work with the CIS HelpDesk to set this up.

Tip
Keep in mind that the Academic Support Center also has resources for students, such as Tutoring, resources for developing study skills, and the Disability Support Services office.
