.: Connect the Additional Display:
Ensure that your additional display (monitor or projector) is properly connected to your computer.
Use the appropriate cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) to connect the display.

.: Identify Additional Displays:
Scroll down to the Multiple displays section.
Click on the Identify button to allow Windows 11 to identify the connected displays.

.: Choose Display Mode:
Under the Multiple displays dropdown menu, you'll find different display mode options:
Duplicate: Show the same screen on both displays.
Extend: Extend your desktop across both displays, effectively creating one large workspace.
Second screen only: Use only the additional display, turning off the primary display.

.: Adjust Display Order and Orientation:
Drag and drop the display icons in the Display settings to arrange the displays according to your physical setup.
If needed, adjust the orientation (landscape or portrait) of each display.

.: Customize Display Settings:
Click on each numbered display to customize individual settings.
Adjust resolution, orientation, and other display-related settings as needed.

.: Apply Changes:
OnceClick the Apply button once you have configured the display settings according to your preferences

Windows will prompt you to confirm the changes. Click Keep changes if you are satisfied.
