The SPU Purchase Introduction
The Seattle Pacific University Purchasing Card (P-Card) is a visa purchasing card available for faculty and staff, designed to reduce the use of small-dollar purchasing using purchase orders, and eliminate the use of personal funds. P-Card usage is restricted to SPU business purchases only and may not be used for personal convenient and efficient method of purchasing specific goods and services while ensuring compliance with all relevant University policies and regulations. P-Cards are generally to be used for low-value, low-risk expenditures.
