The Assistant Provost for OSP serves as the Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) and Sponsored Research Officer (SRO) and is the only University Official authorized to create, review, and sign grant-related contracts on behalf of the University.

OSP will work with you to prepare, review and sign grant related contracts and agreements  (agreements (Award agreements, independent contractor contracts, speaker contracts, quotations, vendor agreements, subaward agreements, fellowships) on behalf of the university.
