Download and open the template here:

The signature should copy over with the same formatting. You may need to resize the name, title, department, and phone lines to size 11 font.
Once you have updated your information, click "OK" and your signature should be saved.

Update your default font
You can update your default font in the Options > Mail screen as well. Click the "Stationary and Fonts..." button.
