Problem
When using the MFP to send a fax, you receive a "Memory Busy" error message.
Solution
If Sometimes, when faxing from an MFP a Memory Busy error message appears. If you are faxing to an off-campus number, you must insert a "1" between the required "9" to dial out, plus the full 10-digit number.

To send a fax from the MFP, use the following instructions:
- Log into the MFP
- Select the Fax Option (not all MFP's have faxing capabilities
- Dial "9" + "1" + 10-digit phone number
- Press "Send"
