  1. Click the gear symbol in the top right section of Internet Explorer Explorer. 
  2. In the drop down box, click Internet Options (near the bottom of the list). 
  3. On the General tab, under the Browsing History section, click Delete
  4. If one of the websites that isn't working is in your Favorites list, uncheck the top box titled Preferred Favorites website data
  5. Check every remaining box in the Browsing History window 
  6. Click Deletethe Advanced tab, select the Reset... button toward the lower portion of the window.
  7. Check the box that says Delete personal settings.
  8. Select the Reset button.
  9. Select the Close button, close Internet Explorer.  
  10. Try accessing the page you wanted, again to see if the web browser is now working.
