- Click the gear symbol in the top right section of Internet Explorer Explorer.
- In the drop down box, click Internet Options (near the bottom of the list).
- On the General tab, under the Browsing History section, click Delete
- If one of the websites that isn't working is in your Favorites list, uncheck the top box titled Preferred Favorites website data
- Check every remaining box in the Browsing History window
- Click Deletethe Advanced tab, select the Reset... button toward the lower portion of the window.
- Check the box that says Delete personal settings.
- Select the Reset button.
- Select the Close button, close Internet Explorer.
- Try accessing the page you wanted, again to see if the web browser is now working.
