Page Comparison

Phones on campus display the name of the calling person or department.  If the display name on the phone needs to be changed, please contact the CIS HelpDesk at help@spu.edu or follow the steps below.

Steps

1. Log into Web Help Desk (http://whd.spu.edu)
2. Change the Request Type to Phone, Cable TV, Fax -> Campus Phone -> Display Change
3. Fill out the appropriate fields
   1. Be sure to include the phone extension (last four digits) and the name that should be displayed on the phone
