Phones on campus display the name of the calling person or department. If the display name on the phone needs to be changed, please contact the CIS HelpDesk at help@spu.edu or follow changed follow the steps below .or call the HelpDesk at (206) 281-2982
Steps
- Log into Web Help Desk (http://whd.spu.edu)
- Change the Request Type to Phone, Cable TV, Fax -> Campus Phone -> Display Change
- Fill out the appropriate fields
- Be sure to include the phone extension (last four digits) and the name that should be displayed on the phone
- A CIS team member will respond when the name has been changed.
