Supplies on all public MFP locations are provided through the CIS HelpDesk. Our office regularly monitors the machines to ensure that the supplies are maintained, however, it is possible that a machine may run out of toner or staples prior to our office arriving to replenish the machine. If this happens, please notify the CIS HelpDesk and locate another available MFP by going to the MFP Public Locations page.
Department MFP's have the toner supplied through the CIS HelpDesk. Additionally, other MFP supplies may be ordered through the CIS HelpDesk and charged back to the department, including staples. See the Table of Contents section to learn more about ordering supplies and replacing equipment.
