If you cannot use the New User Setup page, then you may have already setup your credentials. Try using the Recover Username and Reset Password options on the   www.spu.edu/findmyidfindmyid page.

If you graduated before we used the Banner Info System, you may need to have your Academic Record digitally entered into the Banner Info System first. Information may be found on our Alumni Email Address page.
