Rarely does everyone have the same understanding of who is responsible for what.  This This RACI Chart describes the division of roles and responsibilities of between various SPU business units in completing for systems and data management. It should be referred to when managing day to day work, designating tasks for projects and or designing business process, eliminating . The goal is to eliminate confusion by assigning clear ownership for each taskdifferent scopes of work.
