NEC 46-inch LCD Display

There are a number of library rooms equipped large LCD displays. Each display has digital audio/video connectivity via a HDMI cable and analog audio/video connectivity via a VGA cable with 1/8-inch stereo cable. These instructions are specific to the NEC 46-inch LCD Display, but links to unique instructions are provided below for other rooms.  If your computer or mobile device does not have a HDMI or VGA connection we provide adaptors, MacBook Pros, Chromebooks, and other mobile devices . Rooms with Large LCD Displays

Step-by-step guide

  1. Select either the VGA or HDMI cord to connect a personal computer to NEC display.
  2. Turn on the LCD display by pushing [Power] on the remote control. Select [HDMI/PC] to cycle input sources. Select [HDMI 2] to use the HDMI cable or select [PC] to use the VGA cable with the 1/8-inch stereo cable.
  3. When you are finished please turn off LCD display by pushing [Power] on the remote control. Return the cables to the metal basket.
